There are no specific requirements for packaging when returning the item, but please ensure that the product is not damaged. Returns and exchanges must be sent back within 30 days. We are unable to accept returns after this period, so please be sure to comply with this deadline.
If there are issues such as incorrect address or refusal of delivery on the customer's part, and the order is subsequently canceled and refunded, it will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation. In that case, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping fees of 700 yen for delivery and 700 yen for return shipping, totaling 1,400 yen.
Even in cases of free shipping, delivery costs are incurred. If you refuse to accept the delivery, are absent for a long period, or the address is unknown, and you wish to request a refund to our store, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping fee of 700 yen and the return shipping fee of 700 yen, totaling 1,400 yen. Additionally, if we determine that your actions significantly disrupt our store’s operations, we reserve the right to refuse your use of our site in the future.
