Invoices for confirmed charges each month will be finalized at the end of the month, issued on the 1st of the following month, and sent via email and SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
The payment methods are convenience store payment (via terminals installed at convenience stores), bank transfer, and direct debit.
The payment due date is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For account transfers, the withdrawal will be on the 12th*. However, for January and May, it may be on the 20th*.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). For convenience store payments, the fee is 390 yen (tax included). For bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit payments, no payment fee will be charged.
